Homemade Teriyaki Sauce for Salmon

September 16, 2019

My easy, homemade recipe for Teriyaki Sauce! Perfect for topping or marinading your favorite fish or other proteins with.

Surprisingly, my kids love Salmon aka “the pink fish”. I find salmon so versatile when cooking it for your family. Its absorbs a lot of flavor from simple ingredients, it is healthy and cooks in no time. My kids favorite preparation is Salmon Teriyaki.

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Making homemade teriyaki sauce is a thousand times healthier than store bought. With all the added sugar and sodium, it taste like a sugar cube dunked in soy sauce. As you all know there are something worth the effort making from scratch i.e. teriyaki, salad dressings and chicken/vegetable stock. My recipe for teriyaki can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 weeks. It is great on just about anything!
